PLANNING APPLICATION & BUILDING CONTROL

Our aim is to take any hassle away from you. We will complete all necessary Planning Application & Building Control forms and carry out any required negotiations with the planning authority on your behalf. Even when the application is submitted, we liaise with the Local Authority to keep you updated and informed, right up until a decision notice is issued. We have a strong knowledge of the planning process and can advise on Permitted Development and will always inform you of the chances of planning success. We also keep all our designs,detailing and projects in line with the latest building regulations.
